AFTER three consecutive wins to start the season, Fylingdales lost their second successive match in the Esk Valley Evening League.
On Wednesday night, visitors Hinderwell batted first, scoring 100 runs for three wickets in their 20 overs. R Harrison scored 43 and T Steyert 34.
The Fylingdales bowling was tight with Agar, Braithwaite, Thistle and Millward all conceding less than 20 runs each.
Fylingdales opened brightly with a quickfire 18 from Rob Hutton. Paul Goodenough came in to score 21 but no-one else could score more than 10.
Wickets fell at regular intervals with Suckling taking three in the 14th over.
In spite of this, Fylingdales were up with the required run-rate but the last batsman was dismissed in the 19th over with 13 runs still required.
Fylingdales were all out for 88. Suckling returned figures of 4-15 with Garbutt taking 2-15.
