BECK Hole Quoits Club held its handicap knockout recently.
Around 35 players took part in ideal conditions in the picturesque setting.
The semi-finals saw Fylingthorpe's Paul Mendelsohn beat Ned White of Ugthorpe 21-13.
In the other, Mike Mendelsohn defeated his Fylingthorpe team-mate Paul Dixon 21-9. All four semi-finalists played off scratch.

thers produced some excellent quoits with elder sibling Paul coming away with the Edith Schofield Trophy, winning 21-14. Prizes were presented by honorary president Mrs Dickinson.
