FYLINGTHORPE Quoit Individual for the Jack Bailey Trophy was held recently, with around 26 players taking part.
The final was an all-Fylingthorpe affair with Paul Dixon coming out on top, beating Mike Mendelsohn 21-4.

Ainthorpe Quoit Club held its handicap competition on Saturday in cool blustery conditions.

The semi-final stages saw Mickleby's James Inglis (+3) beat Ainthorpe's Mike Weatherill (+1) 21-14.

The other semi saw home man Andrew Horton (+4) defeat Mickleby's Kel Walford (+6) 21-9.

The final was nip and tuck all the way and it was Inglis who came out on top, winning 21-19 to claim his second win of the season.
