FOLKIES are set to flock to Robin Hood's Bay for a weekend of music sessions and sing-a-rounds in the village.
The established event, which starts tonight and ends on Sunday, takes place at the Dolphin Pub in King Street – except the Last Survivor’s Session on Sunday which is in the bottom bar of the Bay Hotel.

Tonight at 8.30pm is club night with MC Jim, while tomorrow there will be a lunchtime session from noon with Richard and an evening session with Ken from around 8.30pm.

And on Sunday, there will be another lunchtime session with Richard from noon.

Rounding off the weekend’s festivities will be the Survivor’s Session with Brian andor Jim – from 8.30pm on Sunday.

The event is organised by Robin Hood’s Bay Folk Club who meet every Friday evening in the big room of The Dolphin and keeps alive the local tradition of music and singing.
